First let us accept this as a positive change for development. We should start with our organisation, we should conduct awareness seminars in our organisation and then convince the staff members to further convince 10 more persons to accept Demonitisation. This step can become a never ending long chain and the day is never far when our country can adapt the positive approach of cashless economy. This way we can create awareness fast and help society in adapting to new changes. Cashless economy is one in which all the transactions are done using cards or digital means. The circulation of physical currency is minimal. India uses too much cash for transactions.

• Theft incidents will be over.
• Harassment by employers will be over .
• Terrorist Activities will be over or decreased.
• Government schemes will be better implemented.
• Fake Currency issue will be over.
